Migration to University Status Update

We want to give everyone a status update on the new updates to Blackboard vis a vis the migration to University status.

Last night Blackboard updated our URL to https://bb.duny.edu (https://bb.duny.edu)

Today, the link from the portal to this site was activated.

Today, the Blackboard Mobile app (Apple & Android) was updated.  We would advise any students that are having difficulty trying two solutions. One, sign out of the current app and sign back in and search for Dominican University New York instead of Dominican College. Alternately, you could also do a fresh install of the Blackboard Mobile app and search for Dominican University New York.  We have tested these solutions and they are active.

Respondus Lockdown Browser server settings have been updated, tested, and are active.  We have tested the integration on both Macbooks and Windows PCs. We would advise students that have the software installed on their computers today, to open the application as soon as possible and run any pending updates. We would also advise students to clear out their search histories and browsers on a regular basis.
